Non-reversal of late payment fee

This is to bring to your notice that I have charged late payment fee on my credit card unnecessarily

I have already complained multiple times in this regard. But still in i have been charged the same.

I had used the credit card in september '08 the payment of which was due in oct '08. To make the payment I wanted to use the reward points but all my queries to the customer care went unanswered. This lead to the payment date getting past.

I subsequently made complaint again to customer care where I was assured that the late payment fee will be reversed and a new bill will be sent to me. No action has been taken by the bank since then and I have been getting bills with added late payments.

Now I am being harrased with calls from them regarding full payment including the late payment and interests.

For their delayed and atrocious services, I am being penalized and harrased with calls for payment of an amount which is wrong.
