I had a credit card of Deutsche Bank and they terminated the card on 29th december, with termination card account No.5268610280696008

Toady i recieved a letter from Deutsche Bank signed by Sudipta Roy (Head of products-Asia) and Anil Ramachandran (Director & Head Cards-India).

Such a idiotic last para is of this letter that I feel insulted as they have threatned me to take legal action againt me when my out standing on my card is Rs. ZERO. I feel that while writting such personal letters they should know the nature of their customer as i have never defaulted in any of my payments and have never paid any intrest or late payment charges.

Then why such IDIOTIC letter i have recieved.

At such a senior level how they can afford to write such irresponsible letter.
