How Exam Passed on

Hi

I am student of MCA Programe in IGNOU.

I Have seen some other Grade cards Staus.

Suddenly got a Grade Card 044184433. Where This student cleared her exam on 40 Marks And Another Exam On 48 Marks.

Other Side I Got 47 Marks in a Exam And My Status is INCOMPLETE.

Is this mistake of Data Entry Operator.

and the Grade card status has been change 2 times but no rectification Why?

IGNOU Provide a criteria where a exam only cleard on 50% marks or >50% Marks.
