With reference to the above the undersigned would like to bring in your kind notice that he has paid various visits and given request vide letters dt 23-9, 31-7 and 13-3 to your SDO subdivision IV to regularized/reconciled the bill but no heed is given to our request.

Undersigned hereby informed that all the bill raised against the above A/c No: were paid and you will find on checking your record that the bill paid will be equal to the unit consumed from the date meter installed.

Undersigned wants to draw your attention that the irregularities in the bill are due to merging of another Bill of A/c No-25T-1194. Undersigned ready to pay an appropriate amount if any due against him.

Meanwhile you are requested to please charge the bill as per the unit consumed till the matter is solved/redress.

Please look in to the matter and regularised my A/c. So that undersigned should get right bill in future.
