Please Refer V.C.no:-01507501968, my dish t, v, worked for one week at is was on preactivated card

inspite of repeated call to the customer service no action has been taken one month over.

Dealer has completed all foramalities and the executive of the Dish t.v.he as not submitted the form.

Nowhere we should go and find the solution.

could you please suggest what is the best solution
