Removal of sub connection

Dear Dish TV.

I bought Dish TV (Viewing card 01504405569) as parent connection with 02 'sub ' connections 01504401018 and 01504589989. The person with the latter connection ie 01504589989 has moved away and has to be deleted from the payment schedule.

Kindly do the same at the earliest and confirm
