Installation not Done at the transferred city

Hi,

My VC No.01500579721 and I have purchased this Dish TV at Gurgaon. Now as I got transferred to Hyderabad, I have paid the renewal charges and installation charges as well. I have called to the customer care so many times but till now no one turned up to install my Dish TV at my Hyderabad address.

Need an immediate response from the dish TV or I will have no option but to take legal path to protect my rights.
