Non transmission of free channels which are mandatory as per the norms of government of India!

my comment is why these dish tv wont provide us free channel like QTV etc. As my brother Haider said.can we give me information about which dish service provider is giving QTV channel.please its request with the manager of Dish tv provider .please Allow QTV channel also in that package of channels .and actually it is free channel only then what is problem why not your provinding that free channel.here so many peoples are interested to take dish tv.if they provide QTV and other free channels in that.please Allow that channel in your dish tv. And i hope that you will accept my request.
