I had tried to contact 1860-180-3474 and 60013474 several times to intimate the wrong expiry date shown in my account but failed- I renewed the subscription on the 18 Sept '08 paying Rs 1800/- for 6 months- the result is that I have to renew the subscription on the 13/12/08. instead of 17th March '09.As it seems impossible to contact Dishtv customers service can anything possible be done to correct this error?
