I have taken Dish TV Maxi package in June-08. I was told that I get all hindi channels and south channels. I was told that the money (Rs.4000) is including monthly fee and free dish TV.

However, no Telugu/tamil channels were available after 15 days. On enquiry, I was informed that it was dealer's mistake and if I want south channels, they would be available for 10 months instead of 12 months or I need to pay Rs. 60 extra for these.

I requested for 10 months free and now afte seven months, they disconnected saying my fee was upto 15th jan only.

Can I get justice and they get some sort of fine?
