Till date I haven't received any renewal information in TV screen nor the same is available in mobile. Your cadabarous & bogus Customer care information is totaly useless (only playing damm
commercials) It is a very sad picture from ur side i.e DISHTV who claimed to be no. 1 in all respect. pls update payment status, next renewal date immediately.
some Channels like Star ananda, 24 Ghanta, Akash Bangla and many more are not coming in, a small square error message is flushed out with helpline no. 1860-180-3474 in those channels. Pls look into this matter and inform me at the earliest otherwise necessary steps will be taken. For ur information I have purchased a new dish two months ago from Global Link office, Kolkata.
Why I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW CHANNELS UNDER PLATINUM SCHEME AFTER TIMELY PAYMENT?
I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE ANY SINGLE PAYMENT UNTIL & UNLESS THE MENTIONED VC IS COMPLETELY RECTIFIED. IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE I LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED TO REVERT MY COMPLAIN TO NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST DISH TV AND I
AM SURE THEY WILL HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
