Eceiving only two channels not the whole set, i had paid

I (M.k Kaul, Cellphone: 09414454500) am subscriber of DishTV (VC number 01504364976). I had already renewed my DishTV Subscription and had been paid for next eight months.but my network connection is almost zero, I dont know that why i am not getting my paid channels. TODAY itself i am recieving two channels for ur dish t.v why so,? and i had also make call on ur customer no. but... no body is giving any response, means the response is zero . if soon, i am getting any response, i will drag u all, ur dealer or whole company in the consumer court.
