IN THE MONTH OF JULY I CALLED OUR DEALER VIDEO VISION, KOLKATA FROM WHOM WE HAVE TAKEN THE SET-TOP BOX AND TOLD THEM ABOUT NOT GETTING ON OF THE SET-TOP BOX.THEY SEND A PERSON WHO TOOK THE SET-TOP BOX FOR REPAIRING AND TOLD US THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN POWER MODEM.THE GUY TOLD US THAT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO REPAIR.ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY THE GUY BROUGHT THE SET-TOP BOX AND TOLD US THAT THERE WILL BE SOME LINES WILL BE SHOWN IN BETWEEN THE PROGRAM AND MAKING TWO BILLS IN TWO DIFFERENT DEALER NAMES AND ONE BILL CONTAINING SET-TOP BOX REPAIRING AMOUNT AND ANOTHER BILL CONTAINING THE FARES OF COMING TO CUSTOMER'S PLACE AND GOING BACK TO SERVICE CENTRE.I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT OUR DISHTV SET-TOP BOX VC NO:-01504641643 AND THE CONNECTION IS IN THE NAME OF ROOMA MOITRRA CONTACT NO:-9830554251.THERE IS SOME MORE PROBLEM IS THAT AFTER SWITCHING ON THE SET-TOP BOX THERE IS EVERY TIME SHOWING "INSERT SMART CARD " OR "CHECK THE SMART CARD " OR "CALL DISHTV CUSTOMER CARE". AND ON DEMANDING ANY MOVIE IT IS SHOWING "PLEASE RENEW THE SMART CARD".
