We have puchased ONIDA Split air conditioner MODEL # SZ18GRS form ADVANCE TELECSHOP Situated at Ghumar Mandi ludhiana last year in the month of May, now this ac is not giving the peoper cooling since last week . we have approched the dealer who suggests to complaint thru toll free numbar, we have already register the complaint.

you are requested to pls look into the matter n arrnage the engineer URGENTLY this is under gurrantee.
