DLF launched New Town Heights project in Gurgaon in last year (FEB) and it was communicated that construction will start in 3-4 months but nothing has commenced so far.
I have booked a flat in sector-86 and paid 35% of payment to DLF even there is no construction started yet.
Since August, every time we are told the construction will start next month. Now recently we have been told that the authority environmental approval is still not in place. There is no fixed date for starting construction. Still we all investors have gone ahead and paid our entire installment in full.
