Not receiving pape

I subscribed this newspaper for a yearly subscription

around 3-4 months before but i have not yet received a single paper in my place... we dont have phone no to call...

i got a card from DNA they told me that i will get discount on stores and malls but when i went to use it i came to know that it was just a piece of crap...

if you are out of business atleast pls dont beg for money..and lie to get cash frm people.dont make false promises
