Subscribed for the service, not recieved a pape

My DNA membership No. is- 007715... My mobile no. -9844579424... I have paid Rs. 300/- & subscribed to your paper 2-3 months back.. i hope the newspaper is launched... i have not yet recieved a copy of the same at my address.. please have this investigated & do the need..
