Receving SMS on Mobile from DNA

Hi

I am getting SMS aleart on my cell no (9867343318) from DM-DNA-News Bulk SMS.

I never enrolled for this service and in-spite of my DND service activated its continued. Also there is no contact details given anywhere where I can contact and discontinue anywhere. This is really disgusting and disturbing.

Can any one help me stopping this service or taking them to consumer court for disturbing my privacy?
