DNA - bangalore approached to me take the 1 year advance subscription before their launch in bangalore. That point of time they had come up with a offer of lucky prize draw with in 30 days after launch. The lucky draw coupon also been given to me. But after taking the subscription, paper was not launched on time. There was 2 months delay. Finally the paper was launched on december, 08.Since than its almost 6 months, but the lucky draw prize still not been declared by them which suppose to happen with in 30 days from launch. Every time I call their customer care query no, they tell next month it will happen. They are giving the same excuse from last 5 months.
I feel they have completely violated the code. They had given the false offer, in order to sell their subscription. As a consumer I feel very much cheated.
