DNS Tours & Travels
Cheated in Visa Application

I am Nitish Bansal and I contacted DNS tours Goregaon East branch early June for my Singapore and my mother and my Malaysia Visa application. They told me that the price would be Rs 1300 for the each Malaysia visa and Rs 1800 for the Singapore visa all inclusive. So I wrote them a check and handed them the passports and required documents and asked them repeatedly that I require the visa to be completed before 17th of June before I fly out. In the process I did not realize that my mother's malaysia visa was still valid for the trip, however, both Kiran and Vibha knew about this and did not tell me about this. They made a big deal about my passport being send to Delhi for the Malaysia visa and said that both passports had to be sent to Delhi (Mind you my mothers passport did not) anyway, and told me that I should get our passports with the visas by the 15th.

Now I contacted them on the 15th and they said they still do not have our passports as they are being couriered from Delhi (my mothers passport was with them the entire time and they didnt tell me) and they created a whole big rucus that I would get my passport by 16th Morning. I had important meetings all day on Saturday but I cancelled them as I wanted our passports in hand as we were flying out early the next morning and it was getting stressful, however, Kiran and Vibha kept lying to me about the time and after continuous follow-up with them and rude behavious by Vibha they delivered the passports to me at 6 pm when their office was closed (btw I am in goregaon east, a stones throw from their office) and their office boy also told me that he had recieved the passports with the visas in the morning from the goregaon office however they asked him to deliver my passports at the end of the day. When I received my passport I saw that I was given only a

months singapore visa stamped in delhi (btw Singapore visa is stamped in Bombay regardless) and then my Malaysia visa was stamped in Bombay, while nothing had been done on my mothers passport.

So now I called Kiran and she hesitated talking to me while she was on her way home, she said that the Malaysia visa is stamped in Delhi with a Bombay stamp LOl (I dont think nyone is dumb enough to believe that) and then she hesitantly accepted that my mothers visa wasnt stamped but started declaring that I first go for my Singapore visit and come back and then we will TALK about it as she kept complaining about sending my passport to Delhi and started pointing out extra charges.

Before leaving to Singapore I sent Vibha an email telling her to refund my mothers visa fee to one of my helpers (Ali) who would come and collect it from them. However, today I receive an email from Kiran with an invoice of the visas showing the Malaysia visa as Rs 1600 and Singapore visa as 2000 and adding Rs 400 for other charges. This is preposterous as this is daylight cheating, I have been nothing but cooperative and patient, and most of all made the payment at the very beginning itself. However, being treated like this and getting this kind of treatment only makes me believe that DNS tours and travels are cheaters and I am not going to give up without making this news public. Its not about the money but its about the principle and I am infuriated by the way these two women are handling it. I am sure they have probably taken the extra money for themselves and are now finding ways to keep it.
