My outgoing has been barred, I have contacted the retailer and the distributor many times. They has replied that my documents have been submitted to Tata DOCOMO office. I enquired with the DOCOMO customer care, I was suggested to once again submit the documents{ID Proof and Address Proof}. Once agains I have submitted the same to my retailer. But the debarred outgoing has not been rectified till date. Please suggest a solution through mail.
