Sir,

This is to inform you that I have sent a document to Prakash Industries Ltd. Hissar vide your receipt no. AWB 254530789 from Ludhiana but till date the said document has not received by said party. I have already wrote two letters on 6/10 and 14/10 in this regard, but till date I have not received any reply neither POD.

Please check the matter and inform me status of said document.
