DEAR SIR,

MY DOLPHIN NO. IS 9869744822, UNDER MY NAME.

MY LINE IS DISCONNECTED ALL OF A SUDDEN. WHEN CONTACTED YOU PEOPLE ON 1503 THEY SAID THAT IT IS BEING DISCONNECTED DUE TO IMPROPER DOCUMENTS AND WE ARE SUPPOSE TO COME ALL THE WAY TO PRABHADEVI AND SUBMIT THE DOUCMENTS AGAIN AND AFTER THAT THE LINE WILL BE STARTED.

INITIALLY WHEN INSTALLING THE LINE I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS AND YOU PEOPLE AFTER ACCEPTING THE DOCUMENTS AND VERIFYING THE SAME THEN STARTED THE LINE. NOW I HAVE NO TIME TO GO ALL THE WAY TO GO TO PRABHADEVI AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS, EITHER YOU SEND SOME ONE TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS FROM MY OFFICE OR PLEASE REFUND MY LIFE TIME INCOMING PAID AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND OBLIGE.

PLEASE REPLY ME FAST FOR THE ACTION TAKE FOR MY COMPLAINT.
