Refund cheque not yet credited in my bank account

Sir,

With reference to my grievance, i was informed that my PF A/c. No. TN/48023/1080 has been settled and the details are as follows:

EPF: 90228 cheque No.272545 dated 31.10.2008

EPS:12935 cheque No.303855 dated 31.10.2008

Cheques despatched to your S.B.A/c. No.020201517256 held at ICICI Bank, Hyderabad-82

But actually I have not received any such amount also my bank doesn't have any clue on this.

Kindly solve this as soon as possible.
