Dear Attendor,
We are facing several issues with our gas supplier, they are as follows
1) If we give a number for getting a gas refill cylinder we do not get the deilvery till 3 to 4 days, after we call them for the status of delivery we get a answer today evening we will be receiving it then again they fail to send the gas cylinder, Next day when we call them we get answer that either they have delivered the cylinder or else they tell us that we have not applied only for getting cylinder. We are customer of HP gas from the past 23 years with Doshi Brothers but sorry to say from the past 1 year these problems are been observed regularly.
2) Our gas was leaking which we had informed to Doshi brothers via telephone But they turned up coming to our house after 3 days, Is gas leakage issue a minor issue that they feel that such customers should be attended after 3 days. Who takes responsibilities of our lives because of bad service given by our Gas agency.
Suggestion :
1) As LPG gas is very dangerous if it leaks, it is life threatening issue.
2) A docket number should be given to each and every customer whenever he books for a gas refill or some complaint it can be used for future follow up or reference
