Missing Parcel

I have sent, one parcel from Gandhidham to Kerala (Kollam) on 04.09.08 with Booking no. 527142. It was containing 800gm and i paid RS 140.00 to it. It was including a shirt (Rs.100.00) and a sari (Rs.300.00). My parents received it and already the sari was missing from that. I gave a compaint to your Gandhidham office but they behave so strangely. The told me they havn't any responsibility in it. What i can do??? Pls do the needful...
