Ayman collection sent unselected materials and didnt return back the money

Dear sir,

I like to post a complaint on a company called Ayman Collections, Pune company's fraudlent activities. I have also suffered because of this company. I am in tamilnadu (India) and ordered some materials from ayman collectons (contact person: Hanif shaik).

First of all he sent all the catelogues and asked me to choose the materials by giving him the materials number. I did the same. He promised me that he will send the same materials. I asked materials for Rs 15000/- for that he prepared an invoice and send it to me through mail. Since this is the first transaction with him. I said him that i will give only 50% of the amount. But he insisted me to give Rs 10, 000/- and promised me that he will send the materials of Rs 15000/- and balance should be paid on the date of recieving the materials. I accepted.

I waited one month to recieve the materials which i should receive in 4 days. He said lot of reasons. Said materials got stucked in parcel office, will send tomorrow, tomorrow and lots of tomorrow.

Finally i recieved the materials worth of Rs10, 000/- instead of Rs 15000/- which he promised. And the materials which he sent was not atall the one which i selected. The quality was very bad. I asked him regarding this on phone, he said, he dont want to have business with me and asked to send me the materials return and said he will return the amount within half an hour after recieving the materials.

I didnt want to order more bad quality materials from him. So i accepted and sent the materials back which he got in 4 days of time. And said that he have deposited me the amount. I checked my account but i didnt recieve. After that i called him many times and send him mails a lot. But he asked fo lot of time. now 3 months has got over after returning back the materials but i didnt recieve the amount yet.

I have all the mail proof and the fake bank slip copy which he sent to me by scaning.

Another customer also complaint about him. you can go to google and type ayman collection's pune, and see the list of complaint.

Kindly verify and remove his ad from your website to save more people from this scammer.
