Dear Madam/Sir:
My telephone is dead. The recorded voice says it is due to non payment of bills. I do not know for which month.
In fact I paid my latest bill around 4.30 p.m. today at service centre, Yelahanka. They did not inform me any old dues.
They should have informed me, if there is a problem with the old bills or payment cheques. I suggest BSNL to include the due amounts to the next month bill, just like BESCOM, instead of disconnecting a service.
I shall be grateful if you would inform me the problem with my payment of the old bills and request you to restore the service if payment is not the problem.
