On June 25, I ordered and paid $56.98 on my B of A Credit Card for the the Norton Anti Virus and the extra speed utilities download to improve my computer speed from Symantec. I was able to download the Anti Virus ok, but the companion Utilities download did not happen. I have tried several times to resolve this issue with no response from Symantec. Obviously, I will NEVER AGAIN do business with a company that does not do business over the telephone. This is rediculous that I paid for this merchandise and cannot get in touch with anyone to get what I ordered!
