ICICI Customer care could not update my adress for sending my renewed card. After, repeated attempts of changing the adress, i'm complaining. Every time I place a request, i get a SMS reply few days after that saying that address could not be updated. Reason is never mentioned. I want to cancel the card... it's too much now.
