I have booked the PTP service of DTDC which deliver documents within nextday by 12 noon. But the percel delivered after 24 hr from the commited time. The company agreed to refund whole booking amount for such delayed but not yet refunded.

Dear Sir,
I've booked one consignment from Siliguri on 16th Aug for Kolkata through your PTP service. The consignment no is E70229678. As per your noms it should be delivered by 12 noon next day (17th aug). But It delivered on 18th aug at 11:35 am. It is delayed by around 24 hrs. For such delayed I have lossed about Rs 3000.00. Also I have failed my commetment to my Client. May I know who is responsible for that delayed? Your company claimed to return full consignment charge if it not delivered on that promissed time. Please let me know why I am not refund the charges?
