Quite a number of times my set gets hung: It is irregular, irratic. But each time normalcy restored within a couple of minutes.
Each time this happened during call processing.
But on 17th July09 at 00030 hrs IST in Kolkata (where I live), it got hung while a 'To-do' alarm started. And this time it was for eternity.
There was no possibility that any service centre was open at that dead night hour. So, I was forced to open the back cover, removed the battery ON LINE and then replaced the battery. It started functioning now.
I am disgusted. I want my money back.
