APPEAL REMINDER 16 (28th Day of Nokia Suffering)

Dear Nokia Care
Finally after my NINTH request mail, someone responded by calling us.
The Support Exec kept arguing that is NOT Nokia Care Centre in Mulund, Mumbai 400080, misbehaved and talked in an ill fashion.
I cannot beleive that I have bought a NOKIA and that I am dealing with the NOKIA Company.
Do we still have any professionalism left with Nokia or I should forget that I purchased a NOKIA phone?
Below is the copy of my NINTH request:

Dear Nokia Care,
This is my NINTH Mail to you and I am STILL awaiting a RESPONSE.
I am a Nokia User since past 09 years and must have used about 30 Nokia handsets in all these years for my family and still ONLY using Nokia, but I am VERY VERY UPSET on my purchase of E51
1. E51 purchased (Invoice No: GK-28997) from Dealer from Mumbai (Ghatkopar) on 11-12
2. 13-12 - found that the Ear Piece of the Phone is Bad. Voice trembles.
3. 15-12 - Took to Nokia Care Centre - Mulund. Was asked to take to the Dealer for REPLACEMENT
3. 16-12 - returned the phone back to Dealer requesting for REPLACEMENT
4. 18-12 - phone was returned back after REPAIR. The LCD and BODY was VERY loose and NOT at all IN ORDER
5. 18-12 - took the phone to Nokia Care Center - Mulund NOW they said that it should be taken to Nokia - Lower Parel
Please let us know as to what is to be done. Can't we expent a replacement for a PHONE that has NOT been used. The Mulund Nokia Care Centre looks like a Grocery Shop and the attitude of the people are as if they are being FORCED to be there
I am really very upset with this purchase and REQUEST you to please help me with a REPLACEMENT ASAP
