Hie,
I purchased a new handset (e-71) on 8july. But offlate i have been facing problems in the handset. The problem is that the handset hangs, and there is a blinking problem in the handset. I have given my handset thrice to the NOKIA CARE but they couldn't solve the problem.
Every time i go to the NOKIA CARE a lot of time is wasted.
Today they changed the MOTHER BOARD of the handset but still the problem persists.
Now i want the company to either change my handset or give me my money back.
If nothing as such is done than i will be faced with no other option than to move the consumer forum.
So i solicit your attention to the facts and do the needful.
