No reading is being taken

No one from the EB office is coming and taking the reading of usage of electric power. Also EB officers are requesting us to note down and pay. We are not able to find the officer in office during working hours often. It is all happening in Pallikkaranai (Near to velachery) EB office.

Please take come action on it..
