E-billing (Parasike Instrument)
Amount not refunded

Dear Sir,

We had purchased TATA INDICOM Parasike instrument which is dealing with e-billing, recharge, ticket booking etc. We gave the machine back since there was no business. We are supposed to get 10000 rupees as refund, which they had told they will repay once the machine is surrendered. The person from Tata Indicom has taken the machine but till now we have not got the money back.

I request you to treat this on priority and sort out this issue.
