Did not get refund

I PRABHAT LALLUBHAI GOHIL, applay for EDELWEISS, I have alloted 8 share of this compney, but i applay for fully, but yet i did not get refund of rs 9-, i have contect many time but every time i become fool by them, every time they told me i will get my refund in 10day, but i did not get it yet18/2, & and they did not give us information of higher othority, so pls help me, my cont. mob 9898587286, gujart, bharuch
