This has reference to the ICICI credit card, Way Bill Number 271712604 Reference No 15538587120, dispatched thro' Elbee courier. The courier ELBEE refused to hand over the card to me on showing proof Photo ID and he asked for PAN card. on asking why I shld show pan card as ID only he asked to speak to his senior Mr Narayan.
Once I called Narayan Elbee Vashi, Navi Mumbai, for clearity on this process Mr. Narayan said till I ask ICICI to instruct to e-mail saying that it would be proof for handing over.
Once he asked to speak to courier boy seeing Pan Card delivering the courier, he started speaking in Marathi to him and and said to to him that Im not showing ID and I have slapped him, instead of beliving me he asked his boy to return without delivering to me and speak to ICICI Bank.
He never heeded to my request saying that unless he receives the e-mail it is going to be returned back. I would like to know what action can be taken on Narayan, who didnt bother to listen nor delivered the courier.
