In my Voter I.D. Card the spelling of my name is written as &-quot;Manesh Kumar Sharma" instead of "Manish Kumar Sharma". I'm a resident of New Delhi (My Residence Address is 159-A, harit Vihar near pepsi Road sant-nagar. BURARI.. So, I would like to know what is the procedure of changing the wrong spelling as
