No received Voter ID card

Dear Sir,

We have applied for Voter Card (address: Block-c, Kutub vihar, Phase I, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110071, M - 09868491761) & all the formalities have been completed in Sept'08. we were informed that the Voter Card will be delivered by Oct'08 end.

My wife has received their Voter Card but I'm not received voter card. The polling date is 29/11/08, kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
