Non receipt of voter id card

I (tdw3062957) and my mother (tdw306294059) have not received our voter id card though my father received it last month. All three of us had applied together in July and when I checked the status on www.mumbaicityelection.org, I got the information above. I have tried calling the local election office (181 - Mahim) but am getting no reply. I tried with election helpline 1290 also but they directed me to local election office.
