sir,

I had sent a reqest to returning officer of 49-narnaund assembly for postal ballot through speed post no. SP EH027284629IN from Head Post Office, rohtak (Haryana) dated 01/10 because i was on duty as presiding officer in election. But there was no response given by the concerced authority. No postal ballot paper was sent to me. Please take some necessary and proper action against that concerned authority because this is just like taking away my voting right.
