I applied twice by filling and submitting the required forms for inclusion of names and issue of voter idenntity cards for my sons and daughter in laws in the special drives organised by your office in lucknow west [Bhau devras sarasvati vIDYA Mandir, sector -Q, aliganj].

The actions taken by your office are not communicated/cards delivered till date.
