I had complained about the electrolux microwave which was bought from House Full, in April. In Dec, while opening the door, the knob just came out and now it is NOY closing. I compalined to their call centre 39404040 and I was givne a no PUN1012080510. After persistant calling, one yogesh came to attend to it and he said that he would get the door fixed in a week time. Since I was going out of station during the last week of Dec. I told him to contact me on 3rd Jan Now he tells me to contact the dealer. I called the dealer numerous time. Since I did not get any response, I once again approached the call centre and I was shocked to hear that my complaint has been attended to and the call has been closed. The service sucks and so pathetic. I still feel that India is still in dark ages as far as service is concerned. How can I get it resolved?
