Power cut from Morning to Evening

Hello Sir,

This is Vivek from Miyapur Hyderabad. The Problem is there is a power cut off everyday morning at 10am and the power comes back at 6pm in the evening and some times the there is no power in the Night at 12:00am or 1:30am. When we make a call to the concern A.D (9440813132) A.E (9440813169) there is no proper response given. So I kindly request Times of India to Publish this news and help us.
