Very Poor Response - house electrical faults

Past 3 days (05-11 onwards) no power supplly to my house due to earth fault, makes underground fire with

knocking sound and smoke with the surround area of high radiation. I gave complaint to TNEB by following numbers

04428521109, 04428451469 and 155333 with complaint number 091111295. Till date the problem was not rectified.

Is TNEB is there? After death of any person in my family, atleast after the incident TNEB people will come or not.

I am not able to register complaint through "Consumer Complaints Monitoring System" for the past 3 days. (Not able

to create new user ID)

My opinion is better to privatize TNEB.
