This is to report regarding the issues that I have been facing since a week. I am one of the customers who have purchased an Electrolux Air Conditioner in March from Shaw Combines, Karkhana Secundrabad. On the 13th of May it went out of order for which I approached the dealer on the same day. I waited for three days and found no one to fix the issue. After which I again got in touch with the dealer to hear from him that it is my luck that the AC was not functioning and has got nothing to do with him. He directed me to the Electrolux Customer Care Department and instructed to place complain there. I did the same on 15th of May. The Customer Service Department informed me that the complaint was registered on the 13th of May and gave complain # (HYD1305090209) to me. They also informed me that the task was allotted to Venus Electronics and personnel from Venus were supposed to visit me on 15th May itself. I did not see anyone until 18th May even after constantly calling them and requesting them to come down to my place. After several reminders and finally a strong letter to the Customer Care Department they took my AC on 18th May and promised to deliver on 19th May. When I asked about the AC on 19th they informed me saying that the issue with it was fixed and they would deliver it to me by 7.00 PM. It has not been delivered till now. As a customer I feel shattered and disappointed with the dealer and the customer service. I had to conclude that they are only interested in the sales and not service of their products. I request you to consider this as a voice raised against such issues. Let this spread awareness amongst all those customers who may face such an issue now or later.and the companey should not repeat this kind of humiliation to the customers
