Machine not working

Hi,

I own an electrolux washing machine for past 5 years. recently there has been some problem with the machine. I had purchased this machine from Pai in R T nagar, Bangalore.

It has been 4 weeks since I have complained to the numbers given to me but so far nobody has come to repair the machine and these two complaint numbers - 25221848 and 25220736 - nobody ever picks up the phone there.

very very poor service from electrolux. i would never recommend this brand to anyone!
