Refridgerator cooling problem from start

Hi,

I have purchased a Refridgerator, when they fitted at my home then power was not there so we could not check the cooling or other functionality but next day I found that there was no cooling in Refridgerator, so I called to dealer but he (KD Elctronics, Ghaziabad) said that their engineer will check first and will let us know the status. Their engineer visited and said that cooling gas is no more in the fridge. After that I called to dealer and he said that they will refill it... but I said I need replacement because I didn't use it even one day..that was the just show-piece for me. But dealer was not agree then I mailed to service center and they called me and told me to wait for next 15 days... because It will take this time... I was totally helpless and I again called to dealer and he said that come here with fridge and we shall replace it with new fridge and if you can come then only when we can do this... else we shall refill it... and I mailed to Electrolux Worldwide... then one day dealer agent came at my home with new fridge and replace it... but now after 1 yr. again no cooling with this fridge... and I paid 900/= for refilling the gas... so ELECTROLUX items are ridiculous... and I'll suggest to all not to purchase any more... SAY NO to Electrolux
