I purchased an Electrolux Washing Machine Model - EW 1045 Fx, on 2.03. from one of your authorised dealers M/s Sabharwal Electronics & Co., N.I.T.Faridabad. This machine developed an abnormal sound and a complaint was lodged with your above mentioned delaer on 30.08.2008. They deputed a service engineer who diagnosed & told that a ''bearing & oil seal need replacement. He further informed that the said items would be arranged soon and the defective items replaced. Since, no action was being taken, I reminded Mr. Deepak at M/s Sabharwal Electronics on 08.09.2008 that needful may be done urgently as we are suffering a lot due to non-working of the machine. But so far no action has been taken. Yesterday, I went personally to M/s Sabharwal Electronics, who are about 10 kilometers away from my residence and they asked me to contact Mr. Arun Rawat in your service department, which I did. He has promised me that he will get the problem of the machine solved very soon, though no time frame was committed by him. I have patronised Electrolux in my house - 3 nos. Oxygen Window Airconditioners, one no. Refrigerator, and the Fully Automatic Washing Machine (under reference). I am really disturbed to find Electrolux not providing the type of service they should be providing. Is somebody listening? I am a retired person and cannot cope-up with this kind of irresponsible service network. Please react if you can.
